These Terms govern access to and use of Brevisnota at brevisnota.com. Brevisnota is operated and managed by ZiloFish.
You may use Brevisnota only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms and your use is permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content to Brevisnota, you give Brevisnota a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, process and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service and to make the content available according to the audience/settings you choose. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal and security retention.
You must have the rights needed to post the content you submit. Do not post content that is unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, abusive, or designed to compromise another person or system.
You must not misuse Brevisnota by scraping or harvesting data contrary to access controls, distributing malware, manipulating service metrics, sending unlawful spam, circumventing technical restrictions, or materially interfering with the service.
Brevisnota may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend features, or suspend/terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or systems, comply with law, respond to abuse, or address material security risks. Context, severity, repeated conduct and available evidence may be considered.
Authorship and verification are separate Brevisnota account statuses. They are not endorsements, guarantees of expertise, employment relationships or guarantees that every statement from an account is accurate. Eligibility and availability may change over time.
If Brevisnota enables paid products, wallet functions, external sign-in, media services or other third-party functionality, additional provider terms may apply. A third party's services remain subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Brevisnota is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to keep the service secure and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may be changed, added or withdrawn as the service develops.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, ZiloFish is not responsible for losses caused by matters outside reasonable control, user-generated content supplied by others, or use of third-party services that Brevisnota does not control.
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar device storage are described in Cookies & Local Storage.
These Terms may be updated when the service, law or operating practices change. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the updated Terms apply from that point.
These Terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable to ZiloFish as the UK-based operator of Brevisnota, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in your country of residence.
