Account Verification

A Brevisnota verification badge indicates that the platform has applied its verification process to an account. It is an identity/authenticity signal, not an endorsement of every statement made by the account.

What Brevisnota may consider

• Whether the account represents the person, organisation or entity it claims to represent.
• Whether the profile is sufficiently complete to review.
• Information or documentation reasonably needed to establish authenticity.
• Account security, platform history and attempts to impersonate or mislead.

Verification decisions

Verification is not automatic and eligibility may vary depending on the type of account and the verification service currently available. Brevisnota may request additional information, decline an application, or remove verification if the basis for verification materially changes or the badge is being used deceptively.

Protect your information

Only submit identity information through a verification workflow clearly linked from Brevisnota's own account settings. Do not send identity documents to other users or to unsolicited messages claiming they can sell a verification badge.
